Maui Meadows

Established in the 1970s, Maui Meadows consists of over 600 lots of approximately half an acre to 2 acres, making them generous in comparison to many others in the area. The community contains some vacant land, a handful of cottages, larger homes with and without detached cottages, and a scattering of gated estates. The neighborhood is often touted as having fewer architectural restrictions and more privacy than newer developments in south Maui.

At 300 to 650 feet above sea level on the Haleakalā volcano, Maui Meadows provides sweeping views of the ocean, the Molokini crater, and Kahoolawe and Lanai, as well as quick routes to the beaches, restaurants, shopping, golf, and tennis of Kihei and Wailea. Although slightly cooler than south Maui’s lower elevations, it benefits from the same sunny weather throughout the year.
