Sara Romvari is always willing to go the extra mile.

A competitive cyclist, she’s pedaled 36 miles, from sea level to 10,000 feet in elevation, to the summit of Haleakala? in the annual “Cycle to the Sun” race. It was a grueling climb to the top, but that didn’t stop her from finishing—and earning second place in her division.

You’ll find that Sara’s intense focus as an athlete parallels her service as a real estate professional.

In 2001 Sara pushed off the starting line to launch her real estate career, and since then, she’s made her mark in the industry, specializing in Makena, Wailea, and South Maui properties.

Starting her journey at Coldwell Banker, and quickly becoming a top producer, amassing an impressive sales volume, she earned several international performance awards, including Coldwell Banker’s prestigious International Diamond Society and President’s Circle Awards. Awarded the Previews International Luxury Property Specialist designation, put Sara in the top 8.5 percent of Coldwell Banker’s affiliate sales professionals worldwide.

With this foundation, she and her husband Fred Romvari, Real Estate Broker, tech-savvy entrepreneur, opened their cutting-edge company - Romvari Realty, and within 2 years of operation, were in the top 1% for gross sales for all teams on Island.

A Maui resident for over 30 years, Sara is intimately familiar with the dynamic character of the island.

Most of Sara’s clientele is a referral-based or repeat business—a testament to her vast product knowledge and ability to build brand recognition and trust through close relationships with existing and prospective sellers.
